OK, I need a little help on this, the steeler is cleaning my carb's and the mech. took the air needle out of the # 2 carb ---and the very end of the needle broke off, can not get it out. even soakin it ,BUT , I have it here at the house and ben messing with it, just to see what I could do to get it out ====to small for a dremel to drill out---SO--here is what I would like to know----if I leave it in and use the same jet for the adjustment ---WILL IT WORK???????   I can not afford a new carb, 460.00 ---tell me what you think?? GOD BLESS. John mite know??? OH, a new needle won't go in place either. THANKS---it don't effect the air goin in, I checked.

If the stealer broke a pilot jet off, it seems to me it should be the dealers responsibity to correct the problem. If the carb bank is off the bike, remove the float/sediment bowl cover and use compressed air to blow the broken tip out. Other than gas treatment, I am not sure how a stealer would clean the carbs on the Girl.

Send it to me and I will see if I can fix it or if I can't, I may have a used carb to replace it. I have some single carbs laying around off a valkyrie

First of all, a big thank you to Attic Rat, but I think I got it out, my friend Troy is coming over this AM to look at it--he said- and I think that the brass part that I'm looking at is the base for the needle to sit on, cause the aluminum is to soft for it to sit on, I will let you know after a while, and if I have to I'll send it to Attic Rat, that would save me some ----big bucks---to me right now!! thank all of you that replied to the post. ------GOD BLESS----
