Ya, sure; you have a good meet up place in mind? ??? Victoria, BC ? ? ? Billy, your closer, looking like a go. Rode today using a heat out shirt I bought a couple of years ago. First time using it with my vented mesh jacket. Worked pretty well other than the tight fit. James

I picked up a Nexen 5000 205/65/16 for my new tire? I think you will like it Nick. Even at 40# it stays in the turns easy. The shop is St. Pete Motorbikes 4601 49th St. No. 727-388-6978. The owners name is Marc. Great guy. They get the bearings out for you also if you want and press new ones in. You can also get your new bearings and seal at Terry Bearings at 6535 54 ave no. 727-541-5527 if you want. Good luck. Save your seal to compare

Billyboy and I met Saturday morning for a little wind catching. We did the usual ride up through the cutoff and on to Hess at Sun lake. A tap on the helmet from passing riders let us know the LEO was out in force, and sure enough, looked like bikes are the target. With all the rain we have had in the area the roads were good and actually clear of debris. Only a few folks at the Hess so we took off road exploring. We enjoyed a relaxing ride through the back roads and ended up going to Homosassa, the heart of the scallop season gathering going on. Stopped at a friends printing museum for a bite to eat, some catch up conversation, and a little tour. We saw the rains to the east (looked real bad) so headed down Useless 19 toward New Port Richie where we separated, Billy heading on south and me heading east. I clocked in about 165 miles, 37.5 MPG for the day and not a drop of rain; until the Time Machine was tucked back in for the day. The sky opened up and we had severe lightning til after midnight. A fantastic day of just relaxed touring!

Happy that somebody got out and rode at least! Nothing but rain rain rain up this way. Took the BMW down to the fireworks in Eustis on Friday night 'cause it is so easy to find a spot to park with a bike. Friday evening was the nicest of the weekend. Sat in front of the wine/beer bar and enjoyed a cold Stella and a good cigar.
Am ready for another week up in the mountains somewhere.
