Coming up August 16th is the Hill Country Ride for Kids (Formerly the Burke Rally).  I went to this last year and it was pretty fun.  Family friendly with plenty of things to do including a car, bike and -- this year -- a tractor show…

Here's a link to their web page…

…and here's Hildr parked under one of the big Live Oaks at last year's rally…

I just may have to enter her in the Cruiser class this year!

Hey Richard,  you may have a little competition from some Rancheros…

"Hot and Dusty" will be no problem -- my house is right around the corner complete with A/C and ice cold beverages! Wink

Any one ridding over to the rally from Houston Sat Morning the 16th? I may go for the day.
I have managed a good ride every weekend the past few weeks.  I did twisted sisters two weeks ago and last weekend I visited my son in Lubbock. Driftwood is a good morning ride from Spring TX where I live.

FYI, it's gonna be HOT -- maybe one of the hottest days so far this year.  No worries…I've got my travel trailer set up out at the Rally.  A/C is on and there are some ice cold beverages in the fridge.  Plenty of shade, too!
