Buy the stock car bulb, I forget it that is the H3 or H4, not the OEM. Honda wants too much for them. You break off the two lower tabs.
Some sell the ring that you are supposed to mount over top of the bulb to hold it down, but most don't bother and have reported no problems.
Also, get someone with small hands, wife/child, and have them fit it in. Don't touch the glass. I clean it off with alcohol first, and then use gloves to I don't leave oil behind on the glass.
How did I know my one light was also burnt out?
