I want a set of hard bags. Will a set from a Gold Wing fit? Might just be the wrong profile anyway.
I am getting ready to call the Honda dealer and see if there is any NOS available.

+1 Bighead

I would sell the bike and buy one with what you want, I think this would be the cheapest and fastest way.

The OEM bags, even used with be expensive, but the nicest looking ones I feel.

Then there is those Bug Bags (I don't know the actual names, but might be able to post a pic).
Found pic

Isn't Kuryaken that some others have used also?

The ones on my BB are Honda bags from an Interstate. I got really lucky and got them off eBay for around $600 but that is less than half of what most sell for.

Used bags do show up in the classifieds here from time to time if you're patient!

I just purchased a set, and am working on sanding and priming so we can paint to match my bike.

Otherwise, there are aftermarket solutions that look pretty good as well - several members have documented how they added bags.  The ones gordonv pointed out are "beetle bags".  There are also some "jumbo strong" bags that look good, and National makes bags that almost look oem.

I'll be selling my aftermarket bags once I've got the new-to-me ones on!

As you may see here; the Black Standard has had 3 different aftermarket bags. Undecided
The two tone has the I/S OME, which open differently than the Tourer OME's. Wink

They are spendy, but there's also Champion Patriot bags for the valk:

http://championsidecars.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=61_65&product_id=128

I've been running these for several years. Bought them color matched to my bike, which is the same color as yours (cream/maroon). They used a slightly different template for the paint job than the factory used, but they used the right color. Could have used another coat of clearcoat as well, but I took care of that after they arrived.
