I don't have anything to do with this bike & I usually don't post a CL listing, but thought this is a very nice custom, some here might like to see.

That is sharp. I think a Valk with stock paint job in the copper color with black or ivory would look great. I believe the Jap. export model offered similar.

That is a beautiful Valk and anyone would be lucky to own it. As nice as it is I prefer to spend my money putting gas in it a riding. My 02 had 160000 miles on it when I had to sell which I hated to do but there comes a time. $9999 is a high but good price for that bike,I'd buy it.

That is a beautiful bike, well done.

I just can't get my head around owning a bike for 14 years and having only 12K on the odometer.

I did over 15K my first year.

Maybe some like to tinker and polish more than ride.

Or maybe the owner has several bikes and had to spread they're riding time.

It's just a shame for such a beauty to be keep inside.

It went to Mike (Lakehunter) a couple of years ago... I haven't seen
him in a year or so... I wonder if it is painted now?

T-Bird,
I've been watching this thing for at least a month and no one's buying. Why? Price? Age? Market value? As Valk owners, we know that this bike is special and is worth every penny of his asking because if we owned it, we wouldn't let'r go for anything less. I'm an Interstate guy for 99% of the time until one of these things surface. I'm still not going to Boston to get this thing.

Gary, I still haven't flown up to T.P.'s in Minnesota to pick up my Interstate yet. But I would do a fly and ride to Boston as well,  I still have a 2005 HD electra Glide Classic that won't sell, maybe I will call him about a trade Wink

If that was an Interstate and he had reworked/updated the fairing like that, I don't think it's a bad price at all.

Love the colors, gauge placement looks good but means no room for stereo.... uglystupid2
