I have a Clymer and a Honda service manuals. Dag's Norway site has a downloadable version available. I also printed up some stuff from the shop talk page. And the tech board has a true WEALTH of knowledge. RIDE SAFE.

I have both manuals, I think the Clymer is easier to use, not as much depth as the Honda manual, though.  Depends on what you are working on.  Hoser

I'd bet that most people have both the Honda and the Clymer manuals.

I don't think that there's a "best" manual as the Honda manual and the Clymer manual both have invaluable information.

The wiring diagrams in the Honda manual are in black and white.....the wiring diagrams in the clymer manual are color coded.  If you ever need to trace a wire, that color coded wiring diagram is worth the price of the Clymer manual alone.

And then, there's also the Valkyrie Maintenance Guide.....
