Got a 1/4" X 5.5" threaded rod in my rear tire.  On the bright side you don't have to Remove/ raise the rear fender as the manual says if you have a lift.  The rod cut the inside of the tire.  Got home with a Stop & Go tire plug and Slime.  Sucks having to throw away a nearly new tire.

That "pull out" thing on your lift rocks  cooldude , I've been thinking of
digging a hole  Wink ...

Seriously, though, I don't know where to jack this new Valkyrie... did
you just look under there and pick a good place for yourself, or is
there guidance for jacking these bikes... are they just like
goldwings under there?

Use a jack with a piece of 2 X 4 and place it under the lugs for the centerstand.

Not the best picture but here.  I placed the 2X4 under the centerstand lugs.

Not to high jack the thread, but we have kin in Prattville.  Grand parents, parents, aunts and uncles and a sister ..... I like Prattville.   Smiley
