I was given a brand new Metz 880 Marathon 150/80H-17 It appears to be a Bias Ply but has the correct load rating for a Valk. Has anyone tried a bias ply on the front? Any dangers? I am running a Toyo 205/55-16 car tire on the back.

Thanks.

I run a Dunpol bias rear on the front. It really complements the car tire rear. I really don't like the car tire with a Metz front, but it is great with the bias Dunny.

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

I run Metz ME 880 Marathon fronts. Love them. You never hear about a bad Metz tire like you do with dunflops or avons. Good match with my CT rear.
