This is a wild quess since I don't know where for sure you are taking about, but I'd say you are missing the on your link.

Another assumption made here is it is stored as a jpg, right?

You picture location is where the '&' is in the IMG's.

Are you putting the commands [_img]address[_/img] minus the _'s?
