I was riding down the road the other day in Northern Va., and from behind me about 1/4 mile I heard the loudest bike I've ever heard before. Turns out, it was a custom Valk Standard done up sort of in a 70's motif with super long sissy bar, etc. and the loudest set of 6 into 6 pipes I've ever heard. I let him pass, then just had to catch up and ask...They were Hard Krome pipes that looked like this image below .
They were obnoxiously loud, spitting fire out the back, and crackling away, but man were they cool. I had never seen these pipes before. Do they ever come up on E-bay, or the board?

A member out of IN had a set (BadNuff), and they were very cool  cooldude

Like many things, they are no longer made, and I've not seen any for sale, in a very long time...  Sad

As I recall one of the drawbacks was that hardbags would not work with them. I've never seen a set in person myself. They were pricey too as I recall.

Well, clearly his set-up was wrong, with all the crackling and popping, but the cool factor was definitely a plus. Like I said though, clearly one of the loudest bikes I've ever heard.
