Been working for a couple hours to reinstall the rear wheel. Everything gets in place and I tighten the axle nut and it puts the wheel in a bind and will not rotate. I leave the pumpkin nuts loose to tighten at the end. I have tried everything and can not get it to spin free. Any ideas?

Did you remember the internal spacer on the axle, thru the wheel?  Is the brake spacer installed in the right direction?

is your shocks disconnected and the swing arm hanging down. if so your drive shaft is bound up. raise the swing arm and try spinning the wheel.

You're putting the drive shaft in a bine...  Jack up the swing arm some and it will turn free...

I left out that internal spacer once. It caused the exact problem Gavin is describing.
