My signal lights work perfect until I touch the brake's ( front or rear )  then they stop working let off the brake and they start working again. Took all the fues out and cleaned them none was blown looked at all the wires as best I could and found no breaks.... Anyone have a idea what might be the problem ? I just replaced the starter relay and wiring harness ( the 4 wire going to the starter relay )  however the signal lights was doing the above before I did that and still do after the install.

you've got a poor ground for all of the lighting at the rear of the m/c.  trace the ground wire back from the tail section checking the harness under the fender and into the right side cover.

A very common failure is with dual filament lamps shorting the filaments together. I would check each dual filament brake/turn lamp by plugging a new lamp in its place.

It should be one of the rear brake lamps (or any other dual filament lamp you have, like on a trunk, lit as a running light and brake light). I don't suspect the front turn signal lamps based on your description, so try them last.

If you have a stock turn signal flasher, they work on the resistance load of the stock # of lamps. Add in more lit lamps (from shorted filaments) and the flasher will never close its contacts due to too much current flow (heat is how they work, using a bi-metallic strip). As soon as the flasher closes its contact, the added load trips it open again so fast that the lights don't ever appear to come on.

I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but I am somewhat of an electrician by trade.
