I picked up a 2014 Valkyrie the other day and was wondering a few things.

Anyone know the cylinder bore for the brake/clutch cylinders?  I'm sure they're the same as the Goldwings from recent years.

Has anyone tried an F6B/Goldwing exhaust on the Valkyrie?  Are the mounts the same or different?

Although the Valkyrie used almost no power compared to the F6B/Goldwing, does it still have the same stator?  I'd like to add a stereo to mine and probably some other odd ball things.

Any idea of the amperage?  Although I'm sure it's more than enough.

Mostly concerned with the bore for the master cylinders though.  I want to change mine over to HD or possibly another brand depending on the style of levers I find.  I contacted CPImetals.com (they made the Malice levers on my custom build) to see if they would machine a custom set of Malice levers for the Valkyrie but haven't heard back yet.

Yeah, that's more than enough.

Not having any luck with the bore.  The factory levers are not to my liking and I want to change them.  I also don't like the whole one or two other options made by aftermarket companies.

It's 14mm but my problem is I need to find a hydraulic clutch and brake cylinder from a popular bike with the same bore.  I was planning on using something HD based as their lever selection is absurd.  But they are all far too big a bore.  So still looking........

And yes, that is a beefy 1-inch handlebar with new switchgear that adds to the Valkyrie's muscular looks, and it's rubber-mounted for added comfort.

I think the levers and switches are unique to this bike, like the front radial tire.

Maybe it's just me but I'm less than impressed by "almost same as everyone else" levers.  If there are no options and I can't change them then I'll live.  If there are options (that I like) then I definitely am.

I had a set of these on a custom build.  They are only made for PM Contour controls.  PM Contour only comes in 11/16" bore which is several mm too big.

I know you already answered... just wanted to add that I looked up the part numbers and the Goldwing, F6B, and Valkyrie all use the same part number for the alternator.

I'm hoping this series picks up for aftermarket parts since its sold as more of a cruiser and less of a tourer.  No offense to its sister models but I want the majority of the Valkyrie parts to go far beyond extra lighting and chrome trim pieces.

Either way, I like the bike a lot.  If I can't buy the aftermarket parts I like, it won't kill me.  I just don't want it to turn out like the Rune where the only aftermarket part you could get was a foot peg.....

I've owned a lot of bikes and this one is definitely in the top three.

Side note:   This is the bike I used the levers on.  It's a 2008 frame I finished in 2009.  A Malibu Motorcycle Works "Super Sled" frame.  Took me a year to build it between projects.
