Just got back from Oyster Run and saw a 2000 Valk Interstate like mine but with a lot more chrome, particularly on the engine... wondering... seems I should be able to use 1500 GW chrome... yes, no... know where I can go to chrome it up while "tins" are in getting new paint job...?

I haven't gone the last 3 years, same-old same-old.

I don't know what parts you could be referring to. The GW has covers over everything. All you can do is swap out something painted for something chromed.

But yes, the engines are the same, more likely you would remove the plastic off the GW and add on chrome from the Valk, but there would be a lot of holes.

I'm guessing you saw some aftermarket stuff installed.  Look for Kuryakyn intake/spark plug and alternator covers (eBay), reproduction engine hanger covers (check Carolina Bike & Trike online), chrome pivot arm covers (eBay), Show Chrome carb covers (eBay).  There is more Valkyrie bling available, but these items are probably what your looking for.
