Driving home from a CMA chapter meeting tonight on a dark country road when two raccoons trot across the road.  The first one missed me but the second one took the low hanging Bolo Bad Boy horn square to the head.  One half of the horn is gone.  Kept the bike straight and kept riding.  Careful out there folks.  Plenty of feral hogs out there as well.

Blessings,

Woody

... especially if you live in the woods.  Evil

BTW, when I first saw you post, I thought the varmit population reduction was due to a little lead poisoning from Lana.  Roll Eyes

Glad you're OK.   angel   You're over quota.   Wink

I thought maybe you'd founded a new organization, the Critter Management Association.  I could have been an early member.  I nearly got an oppossum Saturday morning about 2:30, but it zigged when I zagged.  We missed by about a foot.

I saw a big doe this morning about 2:30 plopped down across the bar ditch next to a wire fence chewing a mouthful of something (do deer chew cud?), but her eyes lit up in plenty of time for me to stop, shine my silverstar at her, and shoo her back into the woods.

Still haven't seen a (live) feral pig while riding and still haven't hit anything larger than a meadow lark.  Really hope to keep it that way.
