Look up "Ride On".   Not only does it provide tire puncture sealant protection....it dynamically balances your tire/wheel as you ride.  Does not damage or corrode wheels or clog valves.

I am running the wheel balancer from NOMar, i have the whole tire changing package..

There are cheaper units out there, but this one works quite well..
