Hey All,
We checked out the places that people have been staying the past several years, and they are the worst for wear due to Hurricane Ike. Plus... they are doing work on I-45 in the Webster/League City area and have been having the freeway shutdown on weekends, and the overpass is going to be coming down soon.....Ya really don't want to stay there!

We found a new place, just one exit North of the exit to come to the BBQ!!!!! this let's you NOT have to be caught up in the weekend traffic SNAFU farther south.

Howard Johnson Inn. Clear Lake
15312 Gulf Freeway (I-45 South)
Houston, Tx 77034

Phone: 281-484-1500
Fax : 281-484-1667
hojo77034@yahoo.com

Adam Ochoa is the General Manager, but we talked with Mary Barnes and were given the following rates / night:

Queen: $52 + tax

King or 2 doubles: $62 + tax

All rooms have a full size fridge and freezer, 2 top stove and sink kitchenettes. Nice pool area ....Easy to get to.
Please mention "hotglue" when reserving your room for the rates.
They asked for us to book by March 13th for these rates, and to be certain they would have plenty of rooms available.

The dates are Friday April 3rd and Saturday April 4th.
