Have had a couple questions on the Panhandle ride.

As of right now Lesa is sick as a dog so I am not going to be able to make the trip. Even if she gets better in the next couple of days I don't think 3 days in the saddle would be easy for her.
If someone else wants to organize it that would be great.
I did find out that there are tons of places to stay along the Panama beach area for pretty reasonable prices.

Pappy,  Sorry to hear Lesa is sick.  Hopefully not just sick of you.
Tell her we hope she is feeling better soon.
Maybe you can schedule the ride for a later date.  Seems like a lot of people had conflicts.

Pappy,

I've been following your idea of a 'Panhandle Ride' threads... Really a good notion, and I do hope y'all can put something together... And, I've been wondering... Would y'all consider letting a former Floridian and current Alabamian join in? I'm right partial to that area too... and I'm really partial to the Valk folks down that way... heck, I used to be one myself!

Tell Lesa for me, please, that I'm saddened to hear she's down in her git-along, and I hope she rebounds quickly... Wouldn't be the same party without her!!!

DDT - You know you are welcome anytime. Also have a spare bedroom for you should you decide to ride down this way whenever you like.

Well sure sorry to hear the Co-pilot is under the weather!  Undecided I was looking forward to a Sat meeting. Get well and enjoy the Holidays. Organize a Spring ride back up this way for sure.  Smiley

Well, you guys got us in the mood to ride so Keith and John met up with Judy and me for breakfast and we caught the Veterans Day Parade, then went for a journey through the Black Water Forest.  The weather was a tad bit better than the last time I took some Valkyries in there.

Was a fun day, not a good day for pictures but I couldn't help snapping a couple of three sharp looking two tones all lined up.

It was a fun day Jeff.  coolsmiley Sure glad it worked out for our ride. Sure glad Judy came too, she is a hoot!  Breakfast was great and the Vet Day Parade afterwords was really cool for the size town of Crestview To see those two live Tigers was a Big Surprise too!  Shocked  John and I look forward to the next ride. Oh, nice pic's!   cooldude
