Having a problem with cylinders 3 & 5, there is spark and compession but with the engine running and remove wires from 3 & 5 it does not affect the engine.

#3 is on the coil with #4, 4 is ok and # 5 is on the coil with #6, #6 is ok and the plugs on 3 & 5  are clean.

maybe 3 & 5 carbs plugged up.  Check pressure and temp on exhaust, also start with a cold engine and see if the headers on the left side heat up the same or not.

I would be thinking that the slow jets are stopped up not allowing fuel to those cylinders. Maybe time to pull the carbs and do a major O/H

There are a number of things to do before removing the carburetors.

First off, do a thorough gasoline additive treatment regimen.
