I believe there is supposed to be a sticker under one of the side covers.  I'm sure others will chime in.  You can go to colorrite.com, enter the year, make and model of your bike, and it will give you the possible paint codes, and then you can buy the paint directly from them.  However, when I wanted to get paint to paint my saddle bags, I found that Color Rite's paint is outrageously expensive so I went to NAPA.  They couldn't cross reference the paint codes to anything they had, so they took this paint scanner gun and scanned my paint in a few places and the machine was able to match it up so close that you can't tell a difference.
