Since learning I am no longer able to ride my Valkyrie or repair it, due to the accident I had in Missouri on the way back from Arkansas, I am offering the following items for sale. My 1999 Tourer and all the accessories and related Valkyrie items I have in the garage. I have accumulated all the parts and Items needed to fix the damage it sustained in the accident. These Items include two new tires that were installed when I left for Arkansas, a new front fender, new headlight, new turn signal and new fork tubes. The windshield and hard bags are damaged but usable and fixable. I have several seat sets and a set of chrome rear bag guards. I also have a spare rebuilt alternator, and a spare battery and a spare final drive and rear wheel with a tire. OEM and Klymer maint. manuals are included. oem air cleaner, radiator grill, chrome parts etc, etc. The bike runs and rides,BTW. clear Kansas Title
My doctors and the missus have ok'd a smaller bike or a trike, so my intention is to go that way. Any trade chances will be considered. I am asking 3,500 dollars or best offer. STAY OUT OF JOPLIN DURING RUSH HOUR! Hoser

Hoser, are you selling this all together or are you selling the drive unit and alternator separate?

Hoser, I feel you pain. I went to my trike after having both knees replaced a few years ago. My brother picked up his '99 I/S trike this fall after his first replacement. (The second was this week) I would be glad to let you try mine for a few days if this blessed winter would ever go away. I know, it's early for that, but spring will come. As the old saying goes, try it, you'll like it. Roger

I got this older wing to ride soon as I'm able. GOTF may happen for me.

hey hoser, quick question...
i have pulled a lot of valkyrie carbs apart and yours were by far the cleanest. i am going to replace the rubber but everything else looked brand new.
do you use any cleaners, or just running the crap out of it kept them that clean?

Only thing I can think of over other than the riding the crap out of it is always using the lowest price gas, around here that would be E10. Hoser

thats what i thought. some of the gummiest carbs i have taken apart were from seafoam fanatics. just making sure daniels theory is right about "ride it like you stole it"....
