Auto parts store is your best bet. When I did mine I couldn't find any in town. Didn't want to wait and ended up JB welding the chrome plugs.

Some have used 9/16" freeze plugs, they're about .011" larger than 14mm. For either size, use a small socket to tap them in place. Make sure it's quite loose in the plug or it will get stuck in there when the plug closes around it.

For the top holes I used a 9/16" coarse thread bolt which I cut short as needed. it self tapped/threaded with no problems.
filled the top holes with steel epoxy from advance auto first.
painted bolts heads same as engine.
20k miles no problems.
they look like the engine came that way.

I got my freeze plugs from the local auto parts store. They had to order them, but got them the next day. After I installed them, I painted them using high heat engine paint (aluminum). Looks like it came from the factory that way.

I am doing another de-smog plus going to install on my previously done Valk. O-reily had to order for me so I told them to get me a box so they wouldn't have them in stock for nothing. Box of 10 was $3.70 plus tax and the next day.

Seeing that you can operate the bike safely without any plugging of the

holes, after a desmog, it should be noted that no unusual effort

to plug the holes by extreme means is necessary. It has been

reported a few times where the engine casing at the bosses

has been cracked or broken off due to unnecessary force being

applied to seating sealing materials. Most notably the freeze plugs.

Too bad Redeye's shiny  desmog kit is not available at this time. Now that the bike is de smoggy, you might watch to consider a Dan Marc fuel shut off valve.?
