Plan on hookin' up with bsnicely and some of his riding buddies from WV this saturday. Meeting in Pigeon Forge,TN then crossing The Great Smoky Mountains and checking out a few waterfalls in NC.Anyone wanting to join us post here or e-mail me for ride details. The waterfalls should be outstanding with the recent rains we've had this year.Picture below is Normandog inside Dry Falls one of the planned stops.

Joe... I've been looking for an excuse to take this ride:

   http://tinyurl.com/lm4g9b <--------- google route

Google says it will take me three and a half hours to get to Ravensford. If I came this way
on Saturday,  would I be anywhere near where your route will take you?
Mingo falls is right near Ravansford..

I have to decide between riding and hanging drywall  Grin

We'll be leaving the Knoxville , Tennessee area around 8:00 a.m. ( est ) saturday morning to make a 9:00 a.m. breakfast with bsnicely and friends at Flap Jacks Pancake Cabin in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Weather is lookin' much better now and we may luck out with dry roads all the way . I have a beautiful ride planned out with crossing The Great Smoky Mountains and riding the great twisties into The Highlands of North Carolina with a little Blue Ridge Parkway to boot  cooldude
