Question for any that have one. Will the show chrome antenna flag holder work on the interstate. Looking at part#52-713 it states it works on the Valkyrie interstate. But all pics are of the gl 1500 and gl1800. Can not find any pics of it on a Valkyrie interstate. Would like to know. And if so any pics showing it mounted.

I put a 6x8 inch USA flag on my radio antenna and it's stayed in place. It will be simple to change out if need be.

A smaller flag, sorry don't recall the size, broke my solid radio antenna off in less than a year.  No more antenna flags for me...

I install the flag lower on the antenna, less whip when traveling at speed...I also use the car flags you attach to the rear window, cut the windo clip off and slide it over the antenna then a 1/2 inch piece of duct tape holds it in place...even over 100 mph...

I should have mentioned this in my previous post, but the flag is at the very base of my radio antenna. FWIW

thanks for the replies. from what i see no one has put the show chrome flag holder on there bike. and still unable to find any pics of it mounted on a valkyrie interstate even with show chrome saying it fits. tried the small antenna flags from the flag guy. but like all they just unravel after a very short period. the trunk mounted flag holder looks like it would get in the way of my travel bag on our yearly trips.

I have two billet AMA-2011-3 folding flag poles and one billet AMA-2021-3 fold down flag pole mounted to my truck rack.  I purchased the flag mounts from cruisercustomizing.com  I also have 3 Rumbiling Pride flags.  I have ridden for 20,000 miles with them on the bike and have not had any problems.  The material on all of the flags is like new.
