will rebuild petcock tomorrow. will test by
1. screen off of stand pipe, will fill with gas, petcock in off position, no flow thru petcock
2. vacuum line from #6 carb on petcock, petcock in off position, vacuum from mouth no flow
3.petcock in run position, no vacuum , no flow--vacuum on, flow on
4.petcock in res position, no vacuum,  no flow--vacuum on, flow on

              sound right guys,

Screen should not matter.
