Just got the cobra 6-into-6 exhaust attempted to put it on.....The front pipe exhaust flange is about 1\4 of an inch off. The middle pipe is spot on with the holes, I just cant figure out why the first pipe is off the way it is. If anyone can help am accepting all advice. Thanks

Have you loosened the rear bolt that holds all three pipes together? Use a jack stand to hold the pipes up in the rear after you loosen the rear bolt if you don't have any help, put a towel on your stand so you don't scratch your pipes. My daughter an I put my pipes on, it was slow going on the right side, a lot of gentle wiggling. Attach the middle pipe an loosen the rear bolt.
Hope this helps, I don't have a lot of patience, but, having my daughter help slowed me down enough that it went together the way it was intended.

Are the pipes used? Sometimes used pipes warp a little and you have to force them apart or together. Used to work on automotive exhaust manifolds and if you removed them off the head, a lot of times the bolts would not line up when you went back on. We sometimes made a tool from bolts and nuts to force or stretch the bolt holes apart so we could start the manifold bolt.
Just my two cents and probably not even worth that much! Firefighter
