Wouldn't genuine be OEM? if it's a genuine honda part it is OEM.

For some reason, they list them separate and the "genuine" is more expensive

Hum, never heard of such a thing. Genuine and OEM are the same thing to me.

Believe it or not there is a difference in jets are us and oem Keihin jets. Only use oem Keihin jets. I bought the cheaper jets from jets are us and the end results was that they are not true to the size.

I've had great results using FactoryPro jets.  My understanding is "Genuine" means jets from the manufacturer of the carburetor and will have the company name stamped on them. OEM is just that.

http://factorypro.com/
Keihin (it's "kayheen" with accent on second syllable )

Unlike other jet companies (dj, rd, keyster), Factory Pro Replica jets, Keihin and Mikuni, follow the original manufacturer's size scale so the Factory Pro Replica jets are interchangeable with original jets - saving a lot of time and improving accuracy for a good tuner.
