I read somewhere that he's been wanting to make this movie since the early 90's but the technology wasn't there until recently.

Daniel, read this book if you can find the time!! I blew through it pretty fast, but, it's a great read and will enhance the movie, I think. I rarely go to the theatre to see movies, but this one I may have to suck it up an see on the big screen! cooldude
