Went to start my Valk on Sunday after not being started for a few weeks. She didn't want to start and I had to hook up jumper cables. After several starts then stalls.. I finally got her running. With the choke all the way on it was still idling very low. I revved her up to get the engine warm and I noticed smoke coming from the motor and smelled gas. I saw that fuel was leaking out and hitting the pipes and smoking.
The only thing I can think of is that the carbs were flooding and overflowing?

Has anyone else had this happen?

Yes, usually after a day or so of having gas on the o-rings they will swell up and seal again.

It also sounds like the enricher is not engaged the whole way.

You know to turn it till it stops, then push it another 1/2 inch or so. It will be very hard, but this is the 6 slides moving.
