Start with looking over the clutch lever, and see if the pivot pin is warn, therefore not engaging fully.

The second is has there been a recent oil change? Wrong oil, different, etc.. could be slipping.

It might help if you tell us where "down this way" is.

Can't see where changing tires would have any connection.

Have you changed your engine oil lately?

Have you checked the clutch fluid in the master cylinder?

Air in system, low on hydraulic fluid, wrapped plates, oil level too high, wrong viscosity, etc according to the service manual.  Undecided

Check Oil level
If low check for a leak
Maybe the slave cylinder is leaking and not holding the clutch compressed

First: Flush and bleed the clutch fluid. Use a good quality DOT 4. If it still "creeps" rebuild the master cylinder.

Had this issue on my '98 when I first bought it. Turned out to be the slave cylinder. Rebuilt the slave and all issues were resolved.

I agree with Sandy, it's the master cylinder needing to be rebuilt.

Thanks All,
The fluid was changed when the tires were installed at the Honda Shop way down in Naples Fl. took it back  was bleed a couple of times, bought a rebuilt kit for master cylinder took to a different shop in have installed and still creeps ? now at a third shop and hoping this guy can get it right. So does anyone know of a good mechanic ?  So if the second guy did install and rebuild the master cylinder could be slave cylinder? since it was fine before the Honda shop. So any one know of a good mechanic Way down here in Naples Fl.
Thanks Again

How the level in the master cylinder is, would reveal which is having the problem

If it's the master cylinder leaking the level will remain constant.

If it's the slave cylinder leaking the level will diminish.

Observe and learn, it's not rocket science.
