Can someone please tell me if there is a kit or something that can be installed that would give my big old girl "Reverse".
Yes, but there is a significant lag in the transition from reverse to first as the Reverse Gear has to dismount and remount the pillion. 
It's the only practical version available in the U.S.A.Good grief Carl....either I'm getting slow or my three tablespoons of dinner wine are working(went hog wild tonight). I had to go back and read that a second time....had a good chuckle over it.
