Just got a 2001 interstate and the turn signals light but don't blink.  Install new flasher relay still nothing anyone have any ideas.

correct bulbs, ground issue, these things are usually very basic.

Are the turns possibly LED? If so, you'll need to install a diode to correct it. I'll wait on the answer before going into the mod.

Thanks for all the help it turned out to be the alternator was bad . After installing a new one and the system got the right amount of juice the relay started working.
