I'm restoring the piggies on my '99 IS.

What is the proper orientation, vertical or horizontal.

Also, Where can I get a set of stock chrome tail pipes?

Here you go.  If you use Air Flow flat cut tips, the pigs can probably go any way you want.  If you stick with the stock tips, horizontal.
