Hey guys.  One of the forums I use to play on for restoration of antique rifles had a makeshift tool loaner program.  Has there ever been anything like that on here?  I have a couple items like compression gauges and now that very cool digital carb sync that I would be willing to loan out to anybody needing it.

I would also like to find somebody with a pilot screw wrench that would be willing to loan it out for a couple days.

Or, I need attic rat to come visit my house for a weekend.

No official program, but all you need do is ask and someone may have the tool to loan. If I had the pilot screw wrench I'd have it in the mail to ya. Sorry, but someone will step up no doubt.

I got the tool Attic Rat, but...... Following the instructions in the manual, I can't get my fingers in there to run that little finger drive without burning my poor fingers. I like the looks of that long tool with the twisty handle!  I there an aftermarket one of those I can get my hands on somewhere?

By the way, do you like to fish.  I think you need to come to NC and we will head offshore fishing, and then the next day I can help you turn wrenches on this IS project to get her tuned right.

Flint.  I may take you up on that.  I spent the evening working on the bike again and talked to a couple other guys.  Nobody really thinks it is the pilot screw adjustment right now.  However Flint, if i get everything else sorted out and it still is giving me trouble I will definitely take you up on that.  I got the little d bit and the finger drive but I can't get it in there with the clamps and plugs wires in place, which makes it real dang tough to do adjustments with the engine going and watch the rpm's  I am trying hard to get this as perfect as I can.  I am sure I will be in touch before the project is over.  After I get the rest straightened out I may want to borrow that for a weekend if you do not mind!  That is awesome of you.  I don't have much to offer in return, but would be glad to send over my makeshift digital sync tool that I built based on the instructions on here.

We do love Boone, and Little Switzerland.  And Asheville!  If you hit Asheville and have never been there before, you have to go to the French Broad Chocolates right by Mast General store in downtown.  Ge the Chocolate Creme Brulet.  It is freakin awesome!!!  Oh, but Boone is about 4 hours away.   I would rather just pay for some shipping and handling.  Hopefully in about mid April I will be ready for it.  I will give you a shout as the time nears.

Thanks again so much.
