Hi guys n gals. Noobie here. Been riding about 18 years and just got my first Valkyrie. I've owned some pretty interesting and unusual bikes before but this thing takes the cake. (Honda Hawk GT 650, ZL1000, etc) I'm a Patriot Guard Rider and American Legion Rider. So I'm pretty active in things. My Valk is a 98 with a little over 26K on the clock. There's so much added on that I don't think I could list them all. Lots of lights and chrome everywhere, forward controls, etc. I've had a few cruisers but NOTHING like this. (V-Star 1300 and a MeanStreak) Only thing I DON'T like is previous owner punched ou the baffles on the stock pipes. They sound good at idle but drone pretty bad at hwy speeds. Looking at replacing but not sure what with yet. Anyway, just wanted to put a quick pic up AND say hello at same time. (Hope that's ok)

Outstanding! The white walls add a lot. What faring is that? The paint scheme on it compliments the rest of the bike very well.

Nice bike. Tell us about the bars. Deuce risers? Bar length? Cable changes? How tall are you? Did you used to live in Panama?

Noreiga started out on our ride up to Little Switzerland that day, but turned back because of a bad sound... Whatever did the sound turn out to be? -Mike

If you don't know how, just ask.
I love looking at all the pics of the VALKs. And I can't wait to meet some of you guys at the VALK rally's around the US. But I am new to VRCC. And I need to know how to post my pics of my "darkside" VALK. I'm still learning my around this awesome forum. Thanks,

On the way to Crater Lake Oregon... Yeah, that's the ex-ballbuster with her Harley. Sharp scoot, but guaranteed not as fun as mine.

New member here...just joined VRCC !! I picked up new Goldwing Valkyrie Friday, and did about 350 break-in miles yesterday... including stops at the Waco Eagles Vintage Flattrack Motorcycle Races, and Little River Raceway All Harley Drags. What a day, the Texas weather was supreme for a break-in, with temps in the 70's and bright sun all day. Here is a pic.

BudMan, Pic was taken on some backroads around Georgetown TX. I was staying off the interstate on the way to the Waco Eagles Vintage Dirt Track Races in Waco. Thanks, -Chadley SWEET! Where was that picture taken, it looks really familiar. (I spent many years in TX while in the Air Force.)
