I get a lot of complaints from my passenger when we hit bumps. She has a bit of a bad neck and really feels the sharp bumps. I have corbin seats on my valk and as most of you know they are very hard. Would an ultimate or Russell day long give better suspension to soak up those bumps or is it all in the shocks? If so which brand would soak up the bumps best? I have works shocks and have tried air shocks but still not enough. Thanks in advance for your input.

I don't think you'll do any better than the Works. Probably either seat will be softer but I'm not sure how much it will help on bumps.

Get a new passenger without neck problems and a softer butt.

A seat is made for ass comfort not neck comfort. Lighter helmet would be one suggestion softening the suspension would be another but handling would suffer.

Air cushion for passenger If you do not want to replace passenger.
Besides lighter helmet maybe some sort of neck brace? RIDE SAFE. If she does not want to give up riding both y'll work on some viable solutions. RIDE SAFE.

My daughter complains about the Ultimate that I have on the back. I put the stocker back on and she's happier.
