I'd noticed of late that The Beast wasn't shifting as smoothly as she normally does... and wouldn't let me shift into neutral unless I was stopped. It occured to me that she was due (maybe a little past due) for a fresh infusion of dragon's blood (oil) and perhaps being grumpy about shifting was her way of reminding me. 

Sure enough... 3.9 qts of Mobil One later and she's happily shifting smoothly like she always has.

Yeah I know... I know... you old timers already knew this.  crazy2

BH,  I'm not sure exactly...  I forgot to write it down like I usually do.  I'm guessing around
5k miles. I usually change it every 3 or 4k.

I'm surprised that a full synthetic oil would loose its lubricity that quickly.  Undecided or were you not running a full synthetic oil before you changed?
