I have a problem with a camshaft belt tension, which is little loose and probably can't manage myself, since I don't know the exact angles for the valves. The camshaft moves when I try to change the tension. How to adjust valves gaps? Can anybody help me? 28300 miles. Camshaft belt has been changed, but valves has been not regulated/adjusted.

I suggest going here http://valkyrienorway.com/download.html to get a copy of the Honda shop manual. You'll find the proper method for valve adjustments within it.

It does not sound like you understand what needs to be done. I would suggest STOP and get some help from someone who knows Valkyrie motors.

Well, that is an interesting problem.
First, I hope you did not remove any belts. As long as the belts are both on and you are sure nothing rotated with the belt disconnected, you should be ok. Turn the crank shaft counterclockwise until the 1/2 mark is at the arrow and all the "up" marks on the cam pulleys are up. Tension is adjusted by loosening the two mounting bolts for the tensioner pulley and simply adjusting how hard they press on the belt. The springs get them pretty close but some minor manual adjust to make sure they are both the same is generally needed.
Once you are happy with the belt tension, you don't use the belt tensioners at all to adjust the valves. You will need the book or the file someone showed you, but as you turn the crank shaft around and around stopping at the pre set marks, different cylinders will be able to be adjusted ONE BY ONE. you need feeler gauges and a box wrench/ screwdriver in combination to adjust each tappet that is out of spec.

On your trip to/from Finland, post some pics along the way on the General Board.

Tnx ! I'll tighten the belt , put a lid on and according to the marks regulate valves. Thank you very much for the user manual. Link to the manual opened here, but not in Facebook.
