How many intakes are supposed to have vac lines running to them?  I thought all 6.  On the He-Twin the #1 and #3 intake vac ports are plugged.  All other four have vac lines.  On the She-Twin only the #3 and #4 have vac lines and the other four are plugged.  The She-Twin has a non-OEM fuel valve (I think Pingle) with no vac line connection.

He-Twin:  The previous owner told me the carbs were rejetted (probably Cobra) and have Cobra 6x6 exhaust.
She-Twin:  Previous owner didn't know if the carbs had been rejetted.  TBR 6x6 exhaust.

Ideas?

Correction:  The He-Twin #2 is also plugged.

#3 and #4 got to the pair valve system.  #6 goes to the petcock.  #1,#5 and #2 have caps.

TBR's don't require a rejetting.

Sounds like everything's in order (even if it's a little different config than normal).
Stock should have three vacuum lines (two for pair valve, one for petcock).  Pingle manual valve removes one of those.  Typically, the pair valve is 3 and 4, while petcock is 6.  If they're run to different intakes, who cares?  As long as the line reaches and isn't kinked, it should be fine.
Next time I see ya'll, I want a look at she-twin's Pingle.

Well, that's one way to increase attendance at our meeting...

(the first time I wrote my previous comment, I had it as "I want a look at she-twin's petcock", but that sounded wrong somehow.)
