In no time at allPerhaps, no... most of the pictures are either gone or on-line
somewhere, some can probably be scraped out of photostash.
I don't know how the old tech-archive is implemented, but it is
probably not just a big pile of html that could be copied onto a DVD,
mounted, and gone through with a web browser, there's probably
"back-end" LAMP-like thing. That probably doesn't have any "L"
in it

There's a ton of knowledge in there, but it would probably
be hard and expensive to get it out and onto some kind
of searchable DVD.
There's actually a theory that a whole bunch of "digital stuff"
from our era will be gone in 20 or 30 years, unlike stuff from
other eras...

Got any programs saved away on paper-tape? Good luck finding a paper tape reader.
Got any data saved on a 8-inch floppy? Good luck reading it.
Got any data stored on mag tape? The last time I used a mag tape was on a VAX.
Where will all that data from "the cloud" be in 20 years, or next week even, if
your choice of cloud providers goes out of business...
I heard a key-note talk about this recently...
