Your share (assuming you want to chip in a share) of the organization,
planning and execution of a nation-wide ride in for hundreds of
people that usually results in several thousands of dollars raised
for that year's local-to-the-event charity.

I might be wrong but I believe my registration bought me dinner Thursday, an event pin and I think also a tshirt for signing up early what's left goes to the club and this website I believe, I can't imagine there was a lot left to manage the club. I thought it was a bargain !

forgive my "wisenheimer" line of logic but here we go

if we are going to make it a pay site that can be done

as for the organization, planning and execution of the ride in.....

im making my own lodging arangments, planning my own ride and riding it myself

im not hungray don't need a pin or a tee shirt

I will probably be at chris's campground

so what is it that I am buying ?

Would you rather pay annual fees to the club?

That is one thing you don't do now.

Someone has to keep the lights on, InZane pays part of that.

There is no salary or compensation for any of the head honcho's.

Hey, Dan:

Good to hear from you.  We met at the VOAI get together last year.  You were on your way west.  Seemed like you enjoyed being with us a bit?  We enjoyed you.

The VRCC is just bigger.  More formal, kind of.  More people.  Get together, shoot the breeze, talk riding and Valkyries.  Go on day rides around the Black hills, either alone or with some others.  Comraderie.

Not sure if they have day passes anymore.  Used to check to see if you paid before being allowed in the Vendor area, but not there are essentially no vendors!  A couple really good ones, but not in big numbers.

If what you want to do is ride around by yourself, then it is not for you.  If you want to meet a bunch of great people, and ENJOY MEETING people, you will enjoy Inzane.

Hope to see you again.  Enjoyed our conversations in Arkansas last summer.

Vendor area.

You will need either a full blown event ticket w/ dinner and etc.

You can also get in there with a day pass.

Over the years I have had a blast going, but my O2 requirements now won't let me go for that long of a period of time.

Otherwise I'd be there just to shoot the sheet with people I've met since InZane 1 in Zanesville, OH.

If you are not into that meeting & greeting people, don't bother waste your $$$ as you call it.

BUT, if enough people do this, then the club will go to hell in a wicker basket.

I sold my Valkyrie, transfer title tomorrow morning.    But I still plan on being a part of the club.

Also sold my Chevy Trike, transferring title to it tomorrow also.

All I will have left will be my 1944 Harley ServiCar that a guy in Texas wants it awful bad.

His 1st offer when it was in pieces and I was rebuilding the motor and transmission was $9,000.    Since it is together, & running, sent himm a video, he has offered considerable more $$$, and he will come pick it up.

Don't need the $$$$ and maybe I'll get it out once in awhile and ride it.   The engine & transmission were balanced as a unit.

You can start it with one push of the kick starter via your hand.

Believe it or not, it idles almost like the Valkyrie does, SMOOTH.

One of these days I'm going to try and have it idle with a nickle on the block.   I think it will stand up, maybe not, but at least I'll try it.

If you want to make friends who become family, go to InZane, otherwise save your $$$$ & stay home.

Day Pass, you buy it at the registration desk, can't tell ya the price as I don't remember.

They give you a wrist band to wear that day.    It gets you into the vendor area, any group ride you care to partake in & etc.   It is just like a full pass but only good for the day purchased.

Sorry, that is the best I can do for ya.

It looks like its $12 a day. Under the registration section on the Inzane page. As for the reactions to your post, don't let it bother you. One thing I've learned about us is you will get opposing views about EVERYTHING. (You could post a story of saving orphan kids from a burning building and someone will ask why you didn't save the cat also ) Hope to see you there cooldude
