Laurie and I are thinking of taking a ride over to Crystal River. Anybody know of anything special to see there or know of a good restaurant?

WoodyFl,
I'm not sure if you were riding today, or planning for a future ride?
I second the chow at Neon Leons Zydeco Steakhouse, Bronxboy posted the link for that. I also recommend checking out McCrays which is right down the road on the water. Neat little place with cabin rentals, boat rentals, food and a riverfront bar. http://www.macraesofhomosassa.com/index.html

Another of my favorites nearby is the Bayport Inn  http://bayportinnrestaurant.com/
If your looking at planning a future ride I think most of us have no problem with any of them.
For more info on the area maybe Flask can help us out, he lives nearby in Ingles.

It's usually pretty busy so reservations may be in order.

Thanks for the info guys! We ended up first going to the Lakeridge Winery for a benefit that our neighbor's band was playing at. Then jumped on the TPike to 44 and over to Crystal River.  Stopped at Charlie's Fish House which had some great appetizers. Then went down to Homosassa  Springs.  We did stop at Mcrae's ( I think that's also called the Shed???) Loads of Harleys there but no other Valks. Rode just down the street to the Freezer Tiki Bar, then back to O'Town. Had a great ride!!! Next time going to have to take some pics to post.
