Does anyone know where I can find out the value of my 2000 Honda Valkyrie Interstate GL1500 trike? It has the Predator by Lehman conversion and only 14425 original miles. I am the second owner.

whatever one would want to pay for it?   Roll Eyes

sorry, not much help.

You know already the Valk I/S stock is at most worth 8K, so add whatever value you think the trike conversion is worth to someone?  Am sure not over another 7K in value, but have seen a trike Valk I/S locally advertised for 15K, but has been for sale a VERY long, long time.

If I had to guess,  12K, but is my opinion which isn't worth a hill of beans.

It's always best to check CycleTrader, Craigslist, and Google a search for individual Valkyrie-trikes-for-sale to get a sense of what others are asking for them.  It's also fair to consider low miles and other add-ons as with any other motorcycle.  When creating an add, good pics in pure sunlight are a must, and if you have accumulated extra parts, jackets, helmets, yada, add a pic of all that stuff too (that you are throwing in).

It's also my understanding some trike kits are better than others, and raked forks, but I don't know anything about that.

On a Trike a brand name raked Triple Tree is worth at least $800.00.
A Trike Kit with "independent rear suspension" is worth at least $500.00 more than one without.

On any rear suspension it is of utmost importance to know what type/brand of rear brake pads and rotors are used. It can be a real BITCH when it comes time to replace the brake pads.

My brother bought a nice 2000 trike last fall for $12,000 with a CSC conversion.
I saw one sell last week on Fleebay for under $9,000.  They are all over the place in price and there seem to be quite a few available lately.  My guess would be start at 13/14 and be willing to negotiate.
