The Shadow was a better choice seeing his wife was to ride it however I wanted him to ride a Valk.

Jerry, I understand how you felt, as we rode away. I just sent you a text, and booted up the 'puter. The Shadow is a very nimble ride, and it was fun. The Harley felt kind of fat and sluggish after the Shadow, but in the long run, I like the Harley better. I see what you mean about the 65 mph cruise on the Shadow. Up to about 67, it is very pleasant. After that, it gets noisier and has more vibration, where the Harley is good up to about 90 before it even starts to become unpleasant. I am sure that the wife will be very happy with the Shadow. |
