I flattened the point then drilled a hole in the formerly sharp end so it is not  blocked by the hose.

Then TY wrapped the silicone hose into the speed bleeder. The part of the bleeder that would be outside the caliper goes away fr the caliper.

The end hole is about the same size as the side hole. If I recall correctly it is about 1/16. Exact is not critical. Just not so bug that the little ball valve does not pop out.

I used a SB8125L (m8 ×1.25) speed bleeder. Once again, exact is not critical.
