Hello all, I just wanted to introduce myself.  I just picked up a 2001 Valkyrie with 45k miles on it.  This is my first cruiser style motorcycle and boy its a big one.  I am use to the light weight sports bikes.  I am slowly getting use to the bike and taking it slow, but I look forward to meeting the local Valkyrie owners and going on some cruises.

If anyone knows who owned this bike before me, it would be nice to get some feedback from him.  I bought it from Cycle Rider in SA.

Also, I try clicking on the Calender and keep getting error #58354388.  I've tried clicking the link from my phone and on a computer.  Is the link inaccurate?

Welcome to the insanity.  Nice looking Valk.

There are definitely riders in the San Antonio area - they will chime in shortly.  Texas is strong with Valkyries.

I have a cousin in SA with the first name of Ken who I believe has recently bought a Valkyrie.

Any chance this is my cousin? 

Hint:  Did your Dad just have a birthday in Oregon?
