I want to buy this fairing, but Tsukayu says the speedo and tach should be removed from the handlebars....anyone have this fairing or another one of theirs (besides the plain fairing)? If so, do you like it and where did you relocate the speedo and tac?
thanks cooldude

it's the 3rd generation with Storage, TEAC Amplifier 1000 watt, 6" x 9" Waterproof Speakers and Bluetooth Handlebar Remote Control v3.0

Another member here (don't recall who at the moment) had ordered a Woodys fairing for their Valk....but got impatient on the wait (they're made one at a time by a one man shop....quality takes awhile and you have to wait to get your Woodys).

He cancelled his order from Woodys and bought one of the Tsukayu fairings.  Seems he had all sorts of fitment issues with it.  Don't remember what exact issues he was having exactly....but seemed like he was pretty unhappy with it at the time.

Don't know if he grew to like it or not, just remember reading his post(s) about the Tsukayu fairing not fitting the Valk all that well...if at all.

And yes....you'll need the speedo/tach relocation kit from XF6.  You might also need the headlight relo kit as well.  You should probably give him a call and ask.

If you want to reconsider a Woodys fairing, they're made one at a time and they're made specific for the Valkyrie.  I love mine.

I think it was Pancho and it didn't look like fun putting that on. But he is pretty talented and stuck with it.  I don't remember a post of someone not liking a Woody  Roll Eyes

Yes It was Pancho. I also have a Woody's Fairing and really like it plus with a Woody's you are dealing with a very small company,a one man show. He will also do custom speaker holes I believe I remember that with speaking to him. Glen the owner of Woody's used to work for Hoppe and designed their fairings and had a falling out with them and decided to do his own. And a nice guy to boot coolsmiley

But they are not quick detatch.
