......cool....50 degree day...rainin all day....nother crappy Saturday....just the end of a lousy summer......Chili and I went out to breakfast at the Grayling Restaurant....gassed up the Blazer.....headed out for the big city....Traverse.....hit the Mall...Sams Club....(Got a bunch O limes).....Menards ...(Lowes spelled with an M).......wound up having dinner at Red Lobster...(as close as you,re gonna get to .."fresh" seafood...in Northern Michigan)....headed home.....Chili got her..."Ritter makin stuff" out....commenced to applying her magic....and...



........Voi la !                . . .......everything much.....much better..  Cool

This has been one of the cooler and wetter summers on record in Indiana.  Only 5 days at or above 90 degrees, usually about 20.  I can't remember the last time we hit 100 degrees in Indiana.  Last I knew, we were about 10" above normal rainfall.
Usually about mid July thru Sept., don't have to mow the lawn but every 2-3 weeks.  This year had only 1 time where we waited 2 weeks.  When it was really growing, it was every 4-5 days, weather permitting.   Glad gas isn't as bad this year, expensive lawn care!
