Got the brakeaway for my is. For those that have one. Which rubber strip did you use. I have I so grips.

It's been a while and I might not even have the same throttle lock. I also have the Kury Iso grips. If I remember right, neither rubber piece worked perfectly. I then sliced it lengthwise as in filleting the rubber to cut down the thickness and that worked well.

I have the new version, but not installed yet.

Brakeaway recommends the thinnest rubber strip. below is the install video from their website for the ISO grips.

I have the new version installed with Kuryakyn iso-grips. I followed the instructions and used the intermediate sized strip. Works great.

thanks guys. i used the middle rubber. also found a easy way to put the unit on with out having to lube the grips or curse and cuss trying to push it up. dont put the rubber in the unit. slide it over the rubber bumpers in the grip to just past the last one. then insert the rubber. and push it into place in the unit with a small screw driver. work great.
